These Child Safety Standards apply to the Eldarado mobile application and the website eldaradoworld.com. They are the public standards of Eldarado for child safety, including an explicit prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
1. Eldarado is for adults only
Eldarado is a matching and messaging product for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Eldarado. We do not knowingly allow children or minors to register, and we do not design Eldarado for users under 18.
2. Zero tolerance for CSAE
Eldarado strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including any attempt to create, share, request, store, or solicit such content, and any grooming, sexualization, or exploitation of a child. This ban applies to profiles, photos, chats, reports, and any other feature of Eldarado.
Any account involved in CSAE or CSAM will be disabled. We will remove the content and may report it to competent authorities, including child protection organisations and law enforcement, as required by applicable law.
3. How to report
If you see suspected CSAE, CSAM, a user who appears to be under 18, or any other child-safety concern in Eldarado, report it immediately:
In the Eldarado app, use the in-app report or block controls on a profile, match, or chat. You may also email our child safety contact at support@eldaradoworld.com. Mark the subject as "Child safety / CSAE".
This mailbox is the Eldarado child safety point of contact. We review reports, remove violating content, restrict or terminate accounts, and escalate to authorities when required.
4. How we handle CSAM and underage accounts
When we receive a credible report, Eldarado will investigate, preserve records as required for legal process, remove CSAM from our systems where we control them, and prevent the account from accessing the service. We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
If we learn that an Eldarado account belongs to a person under 18, we will close that account and delete or restrict associated personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, except where we must retain information to comply with law or protect others.
5. Compliance
Eldarado maintains these standards to comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations, including Google Play Child Safety Standards for social and dating apps. Using Eldarado means you agree not to engage in CSAE and to report it if you encounter it.
