These Terms govern your use of the Eldarado mobile application and website (eldaradoworld.com). By creating an account or using Eldarado you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Eldarado provides profile-based discovery and messaging so users can find and contact potential donors / partners. Features may change as we improve the product. Current versions may be offered without paid subscriptions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.
3. Your account
Keep your login credentials confidential. You may delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or community safety standards.
4. Acceptable use
Do not harass, scam, exploit, or harm others; do not upload illegal or non-consensual content; do not misuse the service for spam, scraping, or automated abuse; do not impersonate another person. Eldarado also prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) — see our Child Safety Standards. Report concerns to support@eldaradoworld.com.
5. Profiles, matches and chats
Mutual likes create a match and unlock chat. You can block users. Content you share in chat is visible to the other participant. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
6. Data use reminder
Profile attributes you provide are used to operate filtering and search within Eldarado. They are not licensed to us for advertising resale or unrelated secondary commercial use. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Disclaimers
Eldarado is a technology matching service. We do not provide medical advice, fertility treatment, legal advice, or guarantees about other users' identity, health, or intentions. You are solely responsible for decisions you make offline.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eldarado is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
