This public offer (the "Offer") sets out the terms on which Eldarado provides access to the Eldarado matching platform via the mobile application and website eldaradoworld.com.
1. Acceptance of the Offer
By registering an account, completing a profile, or otherwise using Eldarado, you accept this Offer in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Subject of the Offer
Eldarado grants you access to software features that allow you to create a profile, apply filters, discover other profiles, form mutual matches, and exchange messages. The service is provided "as is" within the functionality available at the time of use.
3. Fees
The current version of Eldarado may be provided without subscription fees. If paid features are introduced later, pricing and payment terms will be disclosed in the app and/or on the website before purchase.
4. User obligations
You agree to provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and respect other users. You confirm you are 18+. You understand that matching does not create any medical, parental, or contractual relationship with Eldarado beyond this Offer.
5. Personal data
Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. In particular, profile data is processed to enable filtering and search within the product and is not used for unrelated commercial purposes.
6. Intellectual property
Eldarado branding, software and materials remain our property. You keep rights to content you upload, and grant us a limited licence to host and display that content as needed to operate the service.
7. Termination
You may stop using Eldarado and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this Offer, the Terms of Use, or applicable law.
8. Governing law
Unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise, this Offer is interpreted under the laws applicable to Eldarado's operations for the UK market. Disputes will be handled amicably first via support@eldaradoworld.com.
